1. Video Production Services
Refunds for video production services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in each project contract. Project-specific agreements define the scope of work, payment schedule, and milestone deliverables. Refund eligibility will depend on the following:
Retainer Fees: All retainer fees are non-refundable, as they secure project scheduling and pre-production resources.
Milestone Payments: Payments made toward completed milestones (e.g., pre-production, filming, editing) are non-refundable once that stage has been initiated or completed.
Cancellations: If a project is canceled by the client prior to production, refunds (if any) will be reviewed in accordance with the contract terms.
2. Products or Digital Assets
If Framed Productions provides products such as LUTs, templates, or other downloadable assets, these are considered final sale and are non-refundable once delivered.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable:
Retainer fees and deposits.
Work that has already been completed or is currently in progress.
Customized or personalized content.
Digital products and downloadable assets.
